2013 NESA Scholarship Applications
The submission deadline for the 2013 NESA scholarship applications closed on December 31, 2012. Thanks to everyone who submitted an application, and to everyone who assisted a Scout in the application process.
Winners will be notified by July 15, 2013, and a complete list of recipients will be posted at NESA.org on or before August 1, 2013. Only recipients will be contacted.
We will notify winners as soon as a decision has been reached. Please do not contact NESA to check on the progress of your application or to verify that your application was received intact or on time as this takes valuable time away from our staffers who have less than a month to process over 5,000 applications for final review by the regional committees.
If you are a winner, we will contact you, your parents, your Scoutmaster, and your council until we reach you. Please do not call to check on lost correspondence as we will not award your scholarship to an alternate winner until every effort has been made to contact you to verify that you accept or decline the funds. The 2014 scholarship applications will be posted at this link on October 1, 2013.
