New DESA Award Medal

The National Eagle Scout Association is honored to introduce the 2025 Distinguished Eagle Scout Award Class. Since August, a committee of Distinguished Eagle Scouts has thoughtfully reviewed every nomination and identified seventeen exceptional recipients whose achievements reflect the highest ideals of Scouting. Established in 1969, the DESA recognizes Eagle Scouts who have earned extraordinary national-level recognition, fame, or eminence in their profession and/or service to the nation while maintaining a strong record of voluntary community involvement. To be considered for the DESA, an Eagle Scout must have earned their Eagle rank twenty-five or more years ago.
