NESA scholarship season is just around the corner, but before we look ahead, let’s reflect on our history. NESA awarded its first scholarships to 31 Eagle Scouts in 1984 and continues this tradition today. Earlier this year, 69 Eagle Scouts were honored with national and service territory scholarships.

How You Can Support NESA Scholarships
First and foremost, please share this unique opportunity with Eagle Scouts and those who interact with them. Additionally, the NESA Scholarship Program is only possible with the generosity of our donors. The first NESA scholarships were made possible by a $1 million gift from former Texas Governor William Clements, Jr. Today, you can support NESA through two key programs:
• The NESA Legacy Society: A direct contribution to the NESA Endowment Fund, supporting various NESA initiatives, including scholarships.
• The NESA Scholarship Fund: A dedicated fund that directly supports scholarships. To learn more about how you can support Scholarships, visit nesa.org/take-action/give-back.
