WHERE IS MY MEMBERSHIP PACKET?

We are currently processing memberships in monthly batches. Depending on when you order, it could be 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you ordered before July 2020, please provide the following:

  • Scout’s first and last name
  • Scout’s board of review date
  • Scouts address
  • How the purchase was made (website, mail-in, Publishing Concepts package)

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY MEMBERSHIP PACKET?

If your NESA membership packet contains an error or was damaged in the mail, please provide following:

  • Description of issue with the packet
  • Scout’s first and last name
  • Scout’s board of review date
  • Scouts address
  • Date of purchase
  • How the purchase was made (website, mail-in, Publishing Concepts package)

HOW DO I UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION?

You can update your contact information by logging into or creating an account at my.scouting.org. You will need your BSA member ID (the registration number from your local council) to create an account. If you don’t have it, please contact your local council.

WHAT IS A MEMBER ID NUMBER?

Every registered BSA member has an ID number, which is printed on the bottom of his or her registration card. If you have been associated with multiple councils, you will likely have a member ID for each council. To find your primary member ID number, log into my.scouting.org and select “Menu” under “Manage Member ID.”

HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE ABOUT NESA SCHOLARSHIPS?

The 2022 NESA scholarship portal will open for applications on December 1, 2021. For more information on available scholarships, please visit https://nesa.org/for-eagle-scouts/scholarships/.

HOW DO I GET A REPLACEMENT EAGLE SCOUT OR NESA MEMBERSHIP CARD OR CERTIFICATE?
