Todd is a Distinguished Eagle Scout and helped launch NESA Chicago, which has become the model for NESA committees across the country. Todd serves as Vice-President of the National Eagle Scout Association for Jamborees, NOACs, and special events. Todd is an Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop G-290.
